Terms of Service

Quilts Fully Loaded is software for managing quilting intake, production, customers, and invoices. Features may change. We may suspend or discontinue parts of the service with reasonable notice when practical.

You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. Keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. Provide accurate studio and billing information.

Paid plans are billed through Stripe according to the plan you select. Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated. Taxes may apply. Failure to pay may result in limited or suspended access.

For customer/order data you enter or collect through intake, we process that data as your service provider (or “processor”) only to provide, secure, and improve Quilts Fully Loaded, and as otherwise described in the Privacy Policy. We will not sell that data or use it for our own advertising. We may use de-identified or aggregated insights that do not identify your customers.

Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with other users, upload malware, or use the product for unlawful purposes. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

We own the Quilts Fully Loaded software, branding, and documentation. You retain ownership of your studio content and customer records. You grant us a limited license to host and display that content to operate the service for you.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that estimates, taxes, or invoices will meet every legal or accounting requirement for your business—you remain responsible for verifying amounts and records.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOST PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE IN ANY 12-MONTH PERIOD IS LIMITED TO THE FEES YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THAT PERIOD (OR $100 IF YOU PAID NOTHING).

You will defend and indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the service, your customer relationships, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach, non-payment, or risk to the platform. After termination, we may delete or anonymize account data consistent with our Privacy Policy and legal obligations, subject to backup retention windows.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Quilts Fully Loaded principally operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in that state will have exclusive jurisdiction, except where prohibited by law.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
