As a Professional Engineer I am always trying to work smarter, not harder. When I stepped away from traditional engineering to run my own longarm quilting business I loved the quilting and was overwhelmed by the administrative chaos.

I quickly realized that while longarmers are masters of their craft, the business tools available to us are completely broken. To run a single studio, I found myself bouncing between a dozen mismatched apps—clunky Google Forms for client intakes, random notepads for people who dropped in, messy spreadsheets, and separate accounting programs just to track receipts and sales tax.

Every single day required double-data entry, and I lived in constant fear that a small detail or an add-on would slip through the cracks.

I built Quilts Fully Loaded because I wanted to replace that scattered stack of apps with one streamlined system. I applied the exact same rigorous engineering principles to this software that I used to design physical infrastructure. The result is an all-in-one production dashboard built by an engineer who actually quilts, designed to give you your time back so you can focus on what you love: beautiful quilting.
