Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 20, 2026

Quilts Fully Loaded (“we,” “us”) provides software for quilting studios in the United States. This policy explains how personal information is collected and used when you use our website, create a studio account, or submit a quilt through a studio’s public intake link.

1. Roles (who is responsible)

Studio customers (quilt owners): When you submit an order to a studio, that studio is the business that decides why your information is collected. We host and process it only to provide the service to that studio.

Studio account holders: When you create an account, we are the business for your account, billing, and support data.

2. Information we collect

Order / customer data: name, phone, email, shipping address, quilt measurements, pattern choices, service selections, notes, finished quilt photos, and invoice details.

Studio account data: email, password (stored by our auth provider), studio branding and settings, subscription status.

Technical data: basic logs, security checks (such as CAPTCHA), and device/browser information needed to run and protect the service.

Payments: Studio subscription payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers. Customer quilt payments (cash, Venmo, etc.) are recorded as status notes between the studio and their customer.

3. How we use information

We use personal information to provide and improve the product, process orders and invoices, authenticate accounts, bill subscriptions, provide support, prevent abuse, and comply with law. We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

4. Who can see information

Order data is available to the studio account that owns the intake link or record.

Public invoice links use a secret token, typically expire after 90 days, and may require phone verification. Finished quilt photos may appear on those links so customers can view their invoice.

Service providers that help us operate the app (for example hosting, database, authentication, and Stripe) may process data under their agreements with us.

We do not make one studio’s customer list available to other studios on the platform.

5. Retention

Studios control how long they keep active customer profiles. For bookkeeping and tax purposes, invoice and payment records are commonly retained for about 7 years. When a privacy deletion is fulfilled, we instruct studios to remove or anonymize contact details while retaining de-identified financial totals where needed for legitimate business records.

6. Your choices and U.S. privacy rights

Depending on your state (for example California and other state privacy laws), you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of personal information, and to opt out of “sale” or “sharing” (we do not sell or share as those terms are commonly defined for advertising).

Quilt customers: Contact the quilting studio that took your order first. Studios can export or fulfill deletion/anonymization from the Customers screen.

Studio account holders: Email us at quiltsfullyloaded@gmail.com.

We will not discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights. Authorized agents may submit requests where required by law; we may need to verify identity before acting.

7. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards such as encrypted transport (HTTPS), authenticated access, and row-level access controls so studios only see their own data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

8. Children

The service is intended for adults operating or hiring quilting studios. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

9. Changes

We may update this policy as the product or law changes. The “Last updated” date above will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.
